In October 2025, Poland's corporate sector saw a 6.6% year-on-year increase, reaching PLN 8,865.12. This represents a slowdown from the 7.5% growth observed in September and fell below market predictions of 7.3%. It was the smallest annual increase since February 2021. On a monthly basis, the average gross salary increased by 1.3%, driven primarily by an uptick in additional payments such as awards and bonuses, including quarterly incentives, service anniversary awards, and retirement severance pay. Overall, corporate sector wages have risen by 8.1% year-to-date.
