During the third quarter, there was a 0.2% increase from the previous quarter, indicating slight growth. Comparing year-over-year data, home values increased by 2.2% between the third quarters of 2024 and 2025. Almost all census divisions saw annual gains, with the Middle Atlantic recording the most significant rise at 5.7%. The Pacific division was the only area to experience a decline, with prices decreasing slightly by 0.1%.
