South Korea's Business Survey Index (BSI) for the manufacturing sector increased to 70 in November, up from 68 in October. The production index experienced a slight rise, reaching 80 from the previous month's 79. However, new orders decreased marginally to 76 from 77, while inventories contracted slightly to 102 from 104. Additionally, the financial situation index declined to 79 from 82. Simultaneously, the Economic Sentiment Index, which integrates the BSI with the Consumer Survey Index, recorded a decrease to 94.1 in November, a dip of 0.3 points compared to October. This decline indicates a slight weakening in overall economic confidence.
