Finland’s gross domestic product rose by 0.2% year-on-year in January 2026, easing from an upwardly revised 1.5% increase in December. This marked the second consecutive month of expansion, though at a slower pace. On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, the economy grew by 1.1% in January, rebounding from a downwardly revised 0.4% contraction in the previous month.
