FX.co ★ US 1-Year Inflation Outlook Revised Higher

Year-ahead inflation expectations in the United States, as measured by the University of Michigan survey, were revised up to 3.8% for March 2026, from a preliminary estimate of 3.4% and above February’s 3.4%. Meanwhile, the five-year inflation outlook was unchanged at 3.2%, after having stood at 3.3% in each of the previous two months.
