According to data updated on 25 May 2026, the latest figure represents an acceleration in annual growth when comparing the first quarter of 2026 to the first quarter of 2025. The previous reading of 5.7% was also measured on a year-over-year basis, comparing the first quarter of 2025 to the first quarter of 2024.
