Producer prices in Finland rose by 6.7% year-on-year in June 2026, easing from a three-year high of 7.4% in May. Price growth slowed for manufactured products (5.8% vs 6.4% in May), with notable decelerations in beverages (1.3% vs 4.9%), computers, electrical and optical products (8.7% vs 9.2%), and machinery and equipment (2.2% vs 2.4%). By contrast, prices in the manufacture of textiles fell (-0.3% vs +1.0%), as did those for glass and glass products (-0.2% vs +0.8%).
Inflation also eased in the electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply sector (15.0% vs 17.9%). Meanwhile, cost pressures intensified in mining and quarrying (14.9% vs 11.9%) and in water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation services (11.1% vs 10.1%).
On a monthly basis, producer prices declined by 0.7% in June, reversing a 1.3% increase recorded in the previous month.
