Gains were recorded for lactose (+4.1%), cheddar (+3.8%), skim milk powder (+1.2%), mozzarella (+1.0%), and whole milk powder (+0.2%). These increases were partially offset by declines in buttermilk powder (-2.8%), butter (-2.3%), and anhydrous milk fat (-0.8%).
