Producer prices in Luxembourg declined 2.1% year-on-year in July 2026, easing from a 3.2% drop in June and marking the smallest decrease since September 2025. The pace of deflation slowed for consumer goods (-6.8% vs. -8.2% in June), while prices for intermediate goods returned to growth (1.4% vs. -0.7%) and continued to rise for capital goods (4.6% vs. 3.8%). In contrast, deflation in energy goods intensified (-15.5% vs. -12.6%). On a monthly basis, producer prices increased 1.3% in July, quickening from a 0.4% rise in June.
