New Songdo City Central Park I and II (South Korea)
An unusual apartment complex, created by internationally known architects, is located in the center of Incheon, the South Korean city of New Songdo. Experts term this territory the digital capital of the world. Its decoration, the so-called "virtual highlight", is the construction of New Songdo City Central Park I and II. This residential complex consists of three 50-storied towers located near Incheon's Central Park. The infrastructure of these buildings impresses with its diversity and versatility. Several shopping malls, a variety of gyms, posh restaurants, and medical facilities with modern equipment are at residents’ disposal.
Moscow City (Russia)

A unique building 185 meters high, almost touching the clouds, is considered a masterpiece of urbanism. The residential estate, 443 Queen Street, was designed by the architects of Singapore-based bureau WOHA. The incredible building made of metal and glass is located in Brisbane, Australia. Architects blended nature with modern design and added edgy elements to the natural landscape. As a result, the skyscrapers of 443 Queen Street seem to grow out of subtropical greenery. Residents take advantage of the diverse infrastructure which comprises elements of the environment. The inner space of the apartment estate is filled with hanging gardens. The estate has gazebos and an area with shaded terraces. A 25-meter light-reflecting pool is arranged for residents. A well-equipped gym is also at their disposal. Each apartment at 443 Queen Street goes with smart home equipment that is responsible for sparing energy consumption.
Heron (US, Florida)
The residential estate with the elegant name Heron was designed by the international architectural bureau KPF. The Heron facility is located on the coast of Tampa Bay, in the US state of Florida. The exterior of the building is spectacular, as one of the towers is designed to rise above the ground like a heron's head. The building includes spacious luxury apartments which offer breathtaking views of the bay. Between the towers, there is a shopping mall visited by both residents and guests. Dwellers can pay utility bills through a tailor-made application. The carefully elaborated architecture of Heron and the modern design of the building protect residents from excessive noise and scorching sunlight.
South Beach (Singapore)
The South Beach skyscraper is situated at the heart of Singapore, a country stuffed with high technology. This building is the brainchild of the architectural bureau of Norman Foster. The innovative residential estate includes two towers 200 meters high. According to experts, the building matches the concept of the garden city. Residents and guests of the city certainly take notice of the unusual shape of the skyscrapers which were constructed at an angle. This design creates extra ventilation inside appropriate to the hot climate. Each South Beach building has spacious terraces with lush gardens overlooking a magnificent cityscape.
