Macy's Thanksgiving Parade: United States celebrate 'turkey day'
On November 24 the newly elected U.S. President Donald Trump for the first time has officially congratulated residents of the country on Thanksgiving Day. The politician celebrated a holiday with the relatives in Florida, in the residence belonging to him for the rest.
Thanksgiving is a happy holiday on the fourth Thursday of each November. Americans of all religions celebrate this holiday with big dinners and family reunions.The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade celebrates its 90th Anniversary milestone this year. The beloved parade boasts a fascinating mix of sights and sounds with giant balloons, intricately-constructed floats, high school marching bands from across the country, snippets of Broadway musical performances and live performances from some of the hottest artists in music.

Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is renowned for its amazing balloons and floats. Gigantic Hello Kitty, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Pillsbury Doughboy, Pokemon Pikachu, Red Mighty Morphin Power Ranger, Ronald McDonald, Ice Age's Scrat and His Acorn, and Dino the Dinosaur are just some of the novelty balloon characters who were flying this year along Sixth Avenue and Broadway (from Central Park to the Macy's department store).

This world-renowned celebration spans six miles of Manhattan and attracts millions of spectators with millions more watching the live broadcast.
Black Friday is the Friday following Thanksgiving Day in the United States, traditionally the beginning of the Christmas shopping season. Retailers therefore cut prices on this Friday to get consumers into their stores to kick-start the Christmas shopping season.
