France's leader Emmanuel Macron is ranked the top influential man under 40. The 39-year-old ex-banker gained a remarkable victory in the French presidential election and then his En Marche! party won the majority in the parliamentary elections. However, according to recent polls, his popularity in the country is rapidly declining.
