Ripple is moving somehow sideways in the short term. It's trading at 0.7294 level at the time of writing. In the short term, it has slipped lower after BTC/USD dropped. If the price of Bitcoin drops deeper, XRP/USD could approach and reach new lows.
In the last 24 hours, Ripple is down by 4.73% and by 2.38% in the last 7 days. Now, the altcoin reached a support level, so we'll have to wait for a clear direction. Most likely, XRP/USD will resume its sideways movement in the short term.
XRP/USD Seems Undecided!
XRP/USD is trapped between 0.7042 and 0.7970 levels. Only escaping from this pattern could bring great opportunities. Now, it challenges the ascending pitchfork's lower median line (LML) which stands as a dynamic support.
In the short term, it's trapped also between the lower median line (LML) and the upper median line (uml). Personally, I'll wait for the crypto to offer a clear direction before taking action.
XRP/USD Prediction!
A new lower low, a valid breakdown below the 0.7042 could activate a larger drop and could bring short opportunities.
On the other hand, an upside breakout from the current range, above the 0.7970 could activate a strong growth.
