Turkish Stream agreement to be signed soon

Recently, mass media has published information on possible renewal of talks between Russia and Turkey concerning the Turkish stream construction. According to several information sources, the presidents of two countries fully discussed the agreement details at the G20 summit. The new document will be signed shortly.
"It’s difficult to say as this will depend on how fast the text is being nodded through, but I don’t think it’s a time consuming process," Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said. He also added that the Turkish parliamentarian crisis has finally come to an end and after victory in the elections, Erdogan’s Party is forming a new government.
"As soon as the new government is formed, we will continue work to complete the Turkish Stream with Turkey's new energy minister," Alexander Novak noted.
Thus, to launch the project, Turkey has to appoint a new energy minister.
Moreover, some political and bureaucratic problems can delay the date of signing the agreement. Consequently, there is no guarantee for the Turkish Stream project implementation.
The cost of Turkish Stream is estimated at €11.4 billion. It is noteworthy that the talks between Turkey and Russia were renewed just after the latter refused to implement the South Stream project.
Turkish Stream is planned to carry Russian natural gas to Europe via the Turkish-Greek border.
