According to the UN experts, the USA and China have elaborated new preliminary sanctions to impose on North Korea for the underground nuclear test on February 12, 2013.
The details of the agreement between the two countries have not been revealed yet. Nevertheless, the UN Security Council is set to hold a closed session to discuss the new sanctions against North Korea.
