Will U.S. government uncertainties fade away?

U.S. Congress decided to avoid past mistakes, intending to initiate budget negotiations in beforehand. Some weeks ago, Congressmen were close to a compromise by taking a temporary version of the document. Taking into account the public outcry sparked by protracted debates, the U.S. government decided to coordinate everything in advance without driving on to the last minute. Note that the adopted version of the main financial document is valid up to January 15, 2014. By this time, the opposing political forces are to come to an agreement and adopt a budget for the entire year. As we saw, Democrats and Republicans are unable to come to an agreement in a short time. That is particularly why the White House officially announced that the budget talks will start on October 30. Political analysts say that the parties will have to make concessions in any case. Thus, the Obama Administration, for example, is willing to reconsider its decision to raise taxes. In order to prevent another government shutdown, representatives of Congress have to agree on a final version of the budget for the current fiscal year by the middle of December. The main complaints that Republicans had voiced include hefty expenditures and Obama’s campaign to raise tax rates. Meanwhile, Democrats say that the tax increase is a necessary measure and they are ready to back slight reduction of expenses. The White House expressed its support for Democrats and said it is opposed to social programs cutting, but is ready to spend funds on other needs of the state.
