On Tuesday, it was announced by OneMain Holdings, Inc. (OMF) that Jenny Osterhout will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer, with the change taking effect on March 31, 2024. Concurrently, Micah Conrad will be elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Conrad is set to take over from Rajive Chadha, the present COO, who plans to retire on the aforementioned date.
Having joined OneMain in January of 2020, Osterhout has been fulfilling the duties of Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to this role, she served in various capacities at BNY Mellon, a globally renowned investment company.
Micah Conrad, who has been a part of OneMain since 2013, was appointed the CFO in 2019. His experience includes a tenure as a managing director at Citigroup before joining OneMain.
