Digital Realty (DLR) reported on Thursday a net income of $18.1 million or $0.08 per share for the fourth quarter, showing a significant improvement from the previous year's net loss of $6.1 million or $0.02 per share.
The Funds From Operations (FFO) for the recent quarter amounted to $483.6 million or $1.53 per share, which marked an increase from last year's $439.9 million or $1.45 per share. Even though the Core FFO per share was $1.63 for the fourth quarter, it showed a slight drop compared to the $1.65 per share during the same period last year.
Revenues for the quarter have risen to $1.37 billion from the $1.23 billion recorded the previous year.
Looking towards 2024, Digital Realty anticipates earning per share to range from $1.80 to $1.95, with a Core FFO per share of $6.60 to $6.75 and an FFO per share between $6.20 and $6.35.
