Natural Resource Partners L.P. (NRP) has revealed that its net income attributable to its common unitholders for the fourth quarter has risen to $61.57 million, up from $54.60 million in the previous year. Consequently, the net income per common unit has also increased, from $3.13 to $4.31. However, a decrease was seen in the total revenues and other income for the fourth quarter, falling from $97.05 million to $93.16 million when compared to the last year.
In another announcement, NRP stated that the board of its general partner has approved a special cash distribution. This financial influx will involve $2.44 per common unit to be paid on March 26, 2024, and will be applicable to unitholders on record as of March 19, 2024.
