Xerox Holdings Corp. (XRX) announced on Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Xavier Heiss will retire on February 1, 2025, after over three decades with the company.
Heiss will be succeeded by Mirlanda Gecaj, who currently serves as vice president and chief accounting officer, effective on the same date.
Since joining Xerox in 2022, Gecaj has acquired substantial experience under Heiss's mentorship, overseeing the standardization and automation of financial processes, which have resulted in significant cost savings and improved outcomes.
