Lazydays Holdings, Inc. (GORV) announced on Tuesday the promotion of Amber Dillard, previously the Vice President of Operations, to the role of Chief Operating Officer. She will now report directly to Ron Fleming, the interim CEO of Lazydays.
In her expanded role, Dillard will continue her efforts with OEM partners and dealership General Managers to enhance operational performance and address customer needs.
With over thirteen years of experience across multiple functions within the company, Dillard has collaborated extensively with all OEM partners. Since joining Lazydays in 2011, she has held numerous roles including positions in accounting, supply chain, vehicle purchasing, inventory management, and dealership operations.
Before her tenure at Lazydays, Dillard worked in both public and non-profit accounting, focusing primarily on Internal Audit. Additionally, Amber is a board member of the Lazydays Employee Foundation, which is committed to supporting at-risk children in the communities it serves.
