CRH plc (CRH) has announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Albert Manifold, will retire at the end of 2024. He will be succeeded by Jim Mintern, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer. With over three decades of experience in the building materials industry and 22 years with CRH, Mintern has recently overseen the strategic transition of CRH's primary listing to the New York Stock Exchange.
Richie Boucher, Chairman of CRH, commented: "Jim will take the helm of a high-performing company that enjoys robust strategic and financial health, following 11 years of exceptional leadership from Albert."
