Leveraging Infosys Topaz, the initiative will expedite business value derived from AI and bolster the resilience of Sally Beauty's operations, catalyzing an enterprise-scale IT transformation.
The partnership is set to standardize and simplify Sally Beauty's IT systems and services through the deployment of AI-driven hyper-automation. This transformation will enable Sally Beauty to deploy enhanced IT services featuring 24/7 predictive and proactive monitoring.
Over a five-year period, the project will consolidate multiple support services, foster process improvements, and optimize costs.
