On Wednesday, Amazon (AMZN) announced new benefits for its Amazon Business platform, including the introduction of Business Prime Rewards and a significant discount on Business Prime Essentials membership.
The rewards program will allow Business Prime members to earn up to $1,000 annually on their Amazon Business purchases. These rewards can then be redeemed during checkout for future purchases.
Initially, this program is exclusive to Business Prime Duo and Business Prime Essentials members in the United States.
Additionally, Amazon will offer a 95 percent discount on the annual Essentials membership fee for new customers. Existing Business Prime Duo members are also eligible to upgrade their membership at the same discounted rate.
As of now, Amazon's stock is trading at $185.24, reflecting a slight increase of 0.06 percent on the Nasdaq.
