The Joint Corp. (JYNT) has announced the appointment of Sanjiv Razdan as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective today. Razdan will also join the company’s Board of Directors, providing his expertise directly to the board as CEO.
Concurrently, the company has accepted the resignation of Peter Holt from his roles as President, CEO, and director.
Sanjiv Razdan brings a wealth of experience, having been a pivotal force in several acclaimed and forward-thinking franchise organizations, both within the United States and internationally. His previous engagements include leadership positions at YUM! Brands, Dine Brands, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and Sweetgreen.
