Saint-Gobain has finalized a binding agreement to acquire Kilwaughter, a prominent entity in the facade mortars sector across the UK and Ireland. Kilwaughter is known for its well-established brands, including K Rend and K Systems.
The company operates a manufacturing facility located near Larne in Northern Ireland and has a workforce of approximately 200 employees who are highly focused on technical excellence and system specifications. For the fiscal year ending April 2024, Kilwaughter reported revenues of approximately 50 million pounds and will be integrated into the Northern Europe Region.
The transaction is anticipated to be completed in the first half of 2025.
