WiMi Hologram Cloud (WIMI) reported a net income of approximately RMB 12.3 million for the six-month period ending June 30, 2024, a substantial improvement from a loss of around RMB 18.4 million in the previous year. Total revenues saw an increase of about 10%, reaching approximately RMB 290.8 million.
Shuo Shi, the CEO, remarked, "The holographic AR sector is witnessing a surge in demand for 3D vision technology, highlighting the extensive market potential within the holographic AR industry. Reflecting on the first half of the year, the notable change in the company's performance was primarily driven by the escalating need for holographic solutions among our clients and the company's significant accomplishments in business development during 2024."
