Meridian Health Plan of Illinois, Inc., in collaboration with Centene Corp. (CNC), revealed on Thursday a new partnership with Liberty Bank and Trust. This initiative is set to provide loans between $10,000 and $50,000 to small businesses. The company has allocated $500,000 as seed funding, which will enable $2.5 million in lending capacity specifically aimed at supporting minority-owned or led small businesses in Illinois. Presently, Centene Corp.'s stock is listed at $58.78, marking a decline of 0.55 percent on the New York Stock Exchange.
