NV5 Global, Inc., a provider of technology solutions, announced on Wednesday that it has reached an agreement to acquire Global Fire Protection Group (Global FPG), a company specializing in fire safety engineering, inspection, and consulting services. This acquisition is expected to be immediately beneficial to NV5's earnings.
NV5's Executive Chairman, Dickerson Wright, PE, commented, "Fire protection engineering and consulting comprises high-margin, recurring services that align seamlessly with NV5's existing offerings in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology design services."
Global FPG is renowned for its fire protection expertise, serving sectors such as data centers, healthcare, utilities, and industrial markets. Established in 2014, Global FPG holds licenses to provide fire safety services across all 50 U.S. states and eight Canadian provinces, and they have successfully completed projects in 39 countries.
