Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc. (EVLV), a leader in security technology, announced on Friday that Robert Marshall, Jr. has been appointed as its new Chief Revenue Officer, effective February 3. Marshall will directly report to the company's President and Chief Executive Officer, John Kedzierski.
Bringing 25 years of expertise in the public safety and security sectors, Marshall most recently served at Mobile Communications America. In related news, the company confirmed that its Chief Commercial Officer, Jay Muelhoefer, will be stepping down on February 7.
As of pre-market trading, Evolv's stock has risen 1.01% to $3.99 on Nasdaq.
