Camden Property Trust (CPT) released its financial results for the fourth quarter on Thursday, reporting a net income for common shareholders of $40.69 million, or $0.37 per share. This marks a decline from the $222.33 million, or $2.03 per share, reported in the previous year.
The funds from operations for this period amounted to $185.01 million, or $1.68 per share, compared to $189.66 million, or $1.72 per share, from last year. The core funds from operations remained consistent with the previous year at $1.73 per share.
Property revenues for the fourth quarter were $386.3 million, slightly down from $387.6 million the previous year.
Looking forward, the company forecasts funds from operations (FFO) for the first quarter to range between $1.64 and $1.68 per share, with projected earnings per share of $0.32 to $0.36. For fiscal year 2025, Camden anticipates FFO to be between $6.50 and $6.80 per share, and earnings per share to be in the range of $1.00 to $1.30.
