Viasat Inc (VSAT) recently released their earnings report, highlighting the following key figures for the third quarter:
The company recorded a net loss of $158.4 million, compared to a loss of $124.4 million during the same quarter in the previous year. This translates to an earnings per share (EPS) of -$1.23, worsening from -$0.99 in the prior year’s corresponding period.
However, when excluding certain items, Viasat achieved adjusted earnings of $14.7 million, or $0.11 per share, surpassing analyst expectations of $0.05 per share.
In terms of revenue, Viasat posted $1.123 billion, showing a slight decrease from the $1.128 billion reported during the same period last year.
