INDUS Group (INHG) revealed on Thursday a strategic enhancement to its portfolio through an international acquisition. Its subsidiary, HAUFF-TECHNIK, has finalized the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Swedish firm, ELECTRO TRADING ET AB, with the transaction set to be effective from January 1.
ELECTRO TRADING operates as an importer and distributor, catering to sectors such as the power grid, renewable energy, construction, and infrastructure. The company reports an annual revenue of approximately EUR 5 million. Based in Bromma, near Stockholm, and with an additional site in Kristianstad, this acquisition will broaden HAUFF-TECHNIK's market reach.
