In June 2025, the seasonally adjusted business climate in Slovenia's manufacturing sector declined by another percentage point to -10, reaching its lowest level since September 2023. This downturn was primarily driven by an increasingly pessimistic outlook on export order books, which fell to -28 from -26 in May, and overall order books, which dropped to -29 from -27. In addition, there was a decline in expected selling prices, which decreased to 3 from 5. On the other hand, there was a rise in finished goods inventories, climbing to 7 from 3, and a slight improvement in production expectations, which increased to 5 from 1.
