In September 2025, the consumer confidence index in the Czech Republic increased to 103.5, bouncing back from a low of 99.0 in the previous four months. There was a notable decrease in the proportion of consumers anticipating a worsening in the Czech Republic's economic conditions over the next year. Conversely, there was a slight rise in the percentage of households optimistic about improvements in their financial circumstances in the coming year, and fewer households reported perceiving their current financial status as worse compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the percentage of respondents not planning to make significant purchases in the next twelve months remained largely stable.
