In October 2025, Denmark's unemployment rate remained steady at 2.6%, matching the previous month's figure, and reflecting its peak since November 2024. The total number of unemployed individuals increased slightly by 200, reaching 77,700. There was also a minor rise in the number of net unemployment benefit recipients, which went up by 100 to 69,000. Similarly, the count of cash assistance recipients grew by 200 to 8,900. Additionally, the youth unemployment rate, covering job seekers aged 14 to 24, edged up from 1.1% in September to 1.2%.
