TeraWulf (WULF) has announced the execution of long-term lease agreements for data centers with Core42, a subsidiary of G42 that focuses on sovereign cloud services, AI infrastructure, and digital offerings. Under these agreements, TeraWulf will provide over 70 megawatts of comprehensive data center infrastructure to support Core42's operations at the Lake Mariner facility in Upstate New York.
The company highlighted that these data center leases come with two renewal options, each spanning five years, ensuring a sustained and lucrative revenue stream with high margins for TeraWulf. Additionally, the agreements include provisions to scale Core42's immediate hosting capacity by an extra 135 MW, gross, if needed.
