In June 2025, Albania's annual inflation rate saw a slight increase, rising to 2.4% from 2.2% in May. Key factors contributing to this uptick included food and non-alcoholic beverages, which rose to 3.5% from 3.2% in the previous month. Additionally, there were increases in the costs associated with housing and utilities, up to 1.8% from 1.5%, furnishings and household equipment, which experienced a slight decline to 3% from 3.2%, and recreation and culture, with an increase to 6.8% from 6.3%. On a month-to-month comparison, consumer prices declined by 0.2% in June, following a 0.3% decrease in May.
