This figure is a slight decrease from the preliminary estimate of 4.9% but higher than the June five-month low of 4.5%. Concurrently, the five-year outlook was adjusted downwards to 3.5% in August, lower than the initial estimate of 3.9%, yet still above July’s 3.4%.
