Belgium witnessed a slight uptick in GDP growth, recording a 0.3% quarter-on-quarter rise in the third quarter of 2025, an improvement from the 0.2% growth in the second quarter, as per preliminary estimates. This growth was driven by broad-based sector expansions: industry increased by 0.2%, construction saw a significant rise of 1.3%, and services grew by 0.4%. On a year-over-year basis, the economy expanded by 1.1%, up from a 1.0% increase in the second quarter.
