In Europe, attention turns to the UK's latest wage data and Germany's ZEW economic sentiment survey. Meanwhile, the European Commission is considering implementing measures that would require EU member states to phase out Huawei Technologies and ZTE Corp from their telecommunications networks. In premarket trading, futures for the Euro Stoxx 50 and Stoxx 600 rose by 0.4% and 0.3%, respectively.
