In contrast, production expectations for the upcoming months showed improvement, rising to 16 from 13, and inventories of finished goods became more positive, increasing to 6 from 3. Additionally, 62% of companies reported operating at full capacity in November, up from 60% the previous month, although this figure is still below the long-term average of 70%.
