In November 2025, Slovakia experienced a decline in its consumer confidence indicator, dropping to -24.6 from -22.8 in October. This marked the lowest point for the indicator since March 2023. The drop in confidence was predominantly due to a less favorable view of household savings expectations, which fell from -14.3 in October to -18.9, alongside a growing pessimism regarding household finances, which decreased from -10.8 to -12.9. Additionally, concerns about unemployment slightly worsened, rising marginally from 27.1 to 27.2. The sentiment about the overall economic situation also continued on a downward trend, moving from -39.0 to -39.2.
