In October 2025, Indonesia's imports decreased by 1.15% compared to the previous year, reaching USD 21.84 billion. This downturn followed a 7.17% increase in imports in September. The primary factor for the decline was a significant 23.32% drop in oil and gas imports, attributed to a 32.79% reduction in crude oil imports and an 18.63% decrease in oil product imports. Over the first ten months of 2025, total imports rose by 2.19% year-on-year, amounting to USD 198.16 billion.
