In November 2025, Croatia's annual inflation rate edged up to 3.8%, compared to 3.6% in October, based on preliminary flash estimates. Examining the primary components of the special aggregates, services experienced an estimated annual rate increase of 6.6%, energy rose by 5.3%, and the categories comprising food, beverages, and tobacco increased by 4.1%. Conversely, non-food industrial goods, excluding energy, saw a minor decrease of 0.1%. On a month-to-month basis, consumer prices climbed by 0.6%, maintaining the same growth rate as observed in the previous month. Additionally, the harmonised index of consumer prices (HICP) reflected an annual rise of 4.3% in November, alongside a monthly increase of 0.3% compared to October.
