Paraguay's annual inflation rate remained steady at 4.1% in November 2025, with most categories experiencing little variation. Significant changes were noted in the sectors of alcoholic beverages and tobacco, which increased to 2.5% from 1.9%; transport, which improved slightly to -4.4% from -4.9%; recreation and culture, which saw a decrease to 2.7% from 3.0%; and restaurants and hotels, which rose significantly to 8.8% from 7.2%. On a monthly basis, inflation shifted to a positive 0.2% following a 0.1% deflation in the previous month.
