In November 2025, Armenia experienced a 17.2% year-on-year increase in construction output. This represents a deceleration from the previous month's hefty 20.1% growth, and it is the slowest rate of growth since March. On a month-to-month basis, construction activity saw a 4.3% rise, an acceleration from the 1.3% growth recorded in October. Over the period from January to November, total construction output has grown by 20.1% compared to the same timeframe the previous year.
