This aligns with market expectations and represents a slight improvement compared to the previous four months, each of which saw a 0.8% decline. Notably, this marks the 27th consecutive month of downturn in corporate employment, albeit at a reduced rate. On a monthly basis, employment saw a 0.1% decrease, which contrasts with a 0.1% increase observed the month before. Concurrently, the average monthly gross salary recorded an 8.6% increase over the previous year, amounting to PLN 9,583.
