FX.co ★ Poland Corporate Wages Rise to 6-Month High

In December 2025, wages in Poland's corporate sector experienced an 8.6% year-on-year increase, reaching PLN 9,583.31. This growth rate surpassed the previous month's 7.1% rise and exceeded market expectations of a 6.9% increase, marking the most significant annual wage growth recorded since June. On a month-to-month basis, the average gross salary saw a 5.6% increase, compared to a 2.4% growth in November. Throughout 2025, wages in the corporate sector rose by an overall 8.1%.
