In December 2025, Armenia's construction output experienced a significant increase, growing by 20.5% compared to the previous year. This represents an acceleration from the 17.2% growth observed in November, achieving the highest growth rate since September. On a month-to-month comparison, construction activity saw a remarkable boost of 77.9%, a sharp rise from the 4.3% increase recorded in November. Over the entire year, the total construction output grew by 20.2%, compared to the year prior.
